Pentimento Paintings

The following is selection of acrylic paintings done in the "Pentimento" style. This is a type of art that dates back several centuries. Literally it is defined as "Painting Over". In my case, I have taken original photographs of mine, printed each out, then painted the images in acrylics on top of the photograph. No matter how many Pentimentos are done of any particular photograph, each is unique and original. The paintings are done on a heavy paperboard, Photo Paper (for smaller sizes), and Stretched Canvas.  Sizes and Prices for any of the Pentimento images is:
